If you think Venice is located only in Italy, then perhaps you have not heard or been to Britain. In the London district of Maida Vale, there is a small and exclusive area that is visited by both locals and tourists. You guessed it right; its name has Venice in it. The area is called
Little Venice.
Little Venice is actually a residential vicinity much like what we see in those movies featuring suburb areas. Little Venice is complete with almost a dozen streets shaded by trees and beautiful ancient home structures
made of stucco material. Today, Little Venice also houses various shops, boutiques, and restaurants that people could enjoy in once they get to Clifton Gardens and Formosa Street. Another thing that makes British people and travelers flock to Little Venice is its accessibility. Although the area is one square mile away from the London district, people could take a leisure walk from Warwick Avenue or from Cafe La Ville. Groups could also take the tube if they don't want to walk.
Little Venice is truly like a mini version of the gondola and canals in Italy. Regeant's Canal is the main attraction in the area. Couple could take a
romantic cruise along the canals and go to the Regeant's Park afterwards to cap off a lovely evening.
